Fried Swordfish Nugget

  • Swordfish cubes
  • Fried Chicken Powder
  • 40gram of Corn Flour
  • Seasoning (Salt& Pepper)


  1. Sprinkle the swordfish with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the corn flour with fried chicken powder.
  3. Coat the swordfish cubes with fried chicken powder
  4. Place into the deep fryer and at 170°C for 5 mins until it is golden brown.
  5. Prepare Tonkatsu sauce/ Wasabi mayonnaise and serve.
