Fried Swordfish Nugget
- Swordfish cubes
- Fried Chicken Powder
- 40gram of Corn Flour
- Seasoning (Salt& Pepper)
- Sprinkle the swordfish with salt and pepper.
- Mix the corn flour with fried chicken powder.
- Coat the swordfish cubes with fried chicken powder
- Place into the deep fryer and at 170°C for 5 mins until it is golden brown.
- Prepare Tonkatsu sauce/ Wasabi mayonnaise and serve.
