Our Processes

Our unique value proposition is in our ability to sustain continuous cold chain flow from fishing vessel to storage, and from processing to delivery, a critical element in ensuring the quality and freshness of our frozen fish.

We maintain a state-of-the-art three-story cold storage and processing facility to offer our customers optimal value-added frozen fish processing.

Step 1 Frozen On Board

Our fish is frozen on the vessel once it leaves the water, at temperature -55°C. It is then delivered to Singapore.

Step 2 Cold Storage

The fish goes through hygiene and quality check and stored in state-of-the-art cold room at -18°C or lower.

Step 3 Processing

The fish is processed, portioned, and customising using our state-of-the-art ISO 22000 and HACCP certified processing facility.

Step 4 Individual Quick Frozen & Packing

Export – We export our fish to more than 15 countries around the world.

Local Sale – We offer our fish to distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, private labels, worldwide caterers and retailers.
