Teriyaki Swordfish

Ingredients
  • Swordfish pieces
  • Teriyaki sauce

Directions:

  1. Marinate the swordfish with Teriyaki sauce for 20mins on both sides.
  2. Put them into the oven at 120°C and roast for 3 mins then turn over to the other side
  3. Repeat Step (2) twice and re-apply teriyaki sauce
  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over the swordfish and serve.
